Delete Your EasyRateLoan Account

This page lets you request the permanent deletion of your EasyRateLoan account and all associated personal data.

⚠️ Permanent and Irreversible

Once your deletion request is confirmed, all data linked to your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. This includes your profile information, KYC documents and ID photos, emergency contacts, SMS and installed-app data collected by the app, and your loan history.

Before You Continue
  • If you have an outstanding, in-progress or disbursed loan, your deletion request will not be processed until the loan is fully settled.
  • After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in to the app with this account.
  • You may re-register with the same phone number after a waiting period following deletion.
  • Where required by law, tax or anti-fraud obligations, certain records will be kept for the mandatory period and then deleted or anonymized.
